Menu / Price List

You publish one document — a menu or a price list — and Gamma gives it a permanent link and a QR code. Print the code on your tables, counter or window; customers scan it with their phone camera and the document opens. No app is needed to read it.

What the page shows:

• Total scans — how many times your QR code or link has been opened
• What customers see — the version that is online now, marked Live, with its QR code and public link
• Download QR — the QR code as an image, ready to print
• The upload form, to publish a new version

1. Choose what you are publishing

Under Type, pick Menu or Price List. Under Source, pick PDF file to upload a document, or Link if your menu already lives on your own website.

2. Or point to a page you already have

With Link selected, paste the address of your menu. It must start with https://. Customers who scan your code are sent straight to that page.

A PDF must be:

• A real PDF file — other formats are refused
• No larger than 10 MB
• No more than 20 pages

3. Submit it for review

Press Submit for review. The new version appears under Waiting for review. Use View or Download to check exactly what you sent.

You get a notification in the Gamma Business app when the review is done. If it is approved, it goes live straight away and replaces the previous version.

If it is not approved

The page tells you, with the date and the reviewer’s reason, and the notification carries the same reason. Your current version stays online. Fix what the reason points to and upload a corrected version.

Deleting your menu

Press Delete in the What customers see card and confirm. Customers who scan your code are then told the menu is not available at the moment.
