Broadcasts

Send a message to the customers who hold a card with you.

The Broadcasts screen

The line under the heading is your allowance — for example "0 of 1 messages sent this week". It resets weekly.

1. Open the composer

Press New broadcast.

2. Write the message

Give it a title and a body. The banner at the top tells you how many customers it will reach before you send anything.

3. Choose one delivery channel:

  • Send push notification — appears on the customer’s phone
  • Send email — an HTML-formatted email
  • Show in app — waits inside the app until they open it
