When the app is locked

This screen appears instead of your wallet, for one of three reasons.

Which one it is:

Unlock with biometrics — your fingerprint or face
Retry connection — the servers are briefly unavailable. Nothing is wrong with your account and nothing has been lost
Update required — a newer version is needed; the screen links to the App Store or Google Play
